No Surgery!
Just got back from the doctor, and surgery wont be necessary! Ill have to wear the boot-o-doom for 6 weeks then I’ll have to learn to walk all over again, but at least its a step (ha ha) forward!
I have pictures and more to write up about the visit, but will do that later tonight.
It too, will pass.

wait a minute, all you can pretend to whine by taking advantage of the “mother nature” to erase your dark mile. you should call your mom with your white lie. she will fly over to rescue you, to cook you hot dishes and to put pillow under your foot. she will love you to death like mother to son!

Hey! That’s great news! Now all you have to do is take it easy and let that Boot-o-Doom heal. :) Then one day das boot (doesn’t it feel like a boat???) will come off and you’ll be walking and then climbin’.
Make your mom feel good in the meantime, nothing like getting spoiled while you recoup and she nurses. Hope you and your mom have a good time when you get back to MN. :)
