I know! I did the math and came up with 7.5 minutes per mile and was quite suprised. Its a completely flat stretch of highway with only a little uphill at the last half mile.
So I’m not sure if I screwed up somewhere (I know I started and stopped the watch right) and I’m sure I got the turnaround point right on the map.
So did I really run 7.5 min/mile? I dont know, it didnt feel like it. But mabye running in an urban area DOES have a bigger time-penalty than one would assume…

Wow, pretty good timing. Did you run downhill both ways? ;-)
