Kincaids (the restaurant in my employer's building) is now serving Kobe beef meatloaf, both in entree and sandwich form.

Let me know next time you're in town and we'll skip out on that wussy Italian and get you a slab of meatloaf.

Avant Garde Meatloaf.

i tend to shy away from meatloaf at restaurants even though i love the stuff. reason? sometimes there is just an... off flavor. i don't know if it's the ingredients or what but ew ew ew. besides, if you make it at home then you can have meatloaf the way it was meant to be eaten: cold, the next day, between two slices of bread.
